APIX is the largest event in Latin America focused on APIs and is already part of the digital journey of several companies in Brazil! Who was present in the 2018 edition could access a complete content, with technical and business talks totally dedicated to the world of APIs.We selected a TOP 5 from APIX 2018 keynotes so you can check a little more of the featured content and already prepare yourself for the 5th edition of the event, which takes place on June 5 and 6, at the WTC Events Center in São Paulo.

1st Brazilian cards flag with public APIs

Starting with the Strategic Track, David Ruiz, ELO Innovation Manager, talked about the APIs program development and how, in less than a year, they became the first Brazilian cards flag with public APIs.

APIs as the basis of banking transformation

Luiz Henrique Neves, Tribanco Technology Director, brought in his presentation how the APIs became an important accelerator for running the company's "Strategy 2020", changing from how new products are designed, to partner strategy and innovation.

APIs connecting Digital Channels

During this track, Ricardo Prates, Innovation Manager, and Gustavo Correia, Project and Systems Manager, both from SulAmérica, presented with Sensedia Consultant, Ana Borges, how the APIs accelerate new projects with customers and partners, in a scalable way.

CIOs chat

Cristina de Luca, IT Mídia Editor, led the Panel: APIs at the center of the digital challenge of CIOs, along with great names like Luzia Sarno, Fleury Corporate Director of Technology, Melissa Marino, Algar Telecom IT Director, and Maria Tereza Aarão, Certisign Director of Innovation.

Keynote - Platforming and Programmability

Closing our 2018 TOP 5, Kleber Bacili and Marcílio Oliveira - Sensedia CEO and COO, respectively - talked about Platforming and Programmability, showing the importance of business becoming pluggable to not only get into new journeys but also to increase value delivery through strategic partnerships.

In addition to the talks, we had a lot of other content during the two-day event, such as the already traditional API-certified Hands-On Workshop.
