PagueVeloz, a payment institution of the Serasa Experian group, started in Open Finance as an account holder due to regulatory obligations, but realized it could use it to create more accurate scores, benefiting consumers (better conditions) and the B2B market (higher quality products).
Sensedia's Role
The partnership began focused on technology but quickly evolved into a business strategy. Sensedia contributes with market consulting, continuous updates on the Open Finance ecosystem, and participation in the co-creation of products.
Results
Over 1 million organic consents and improved scores, generated through contextualized journeys. Instead of a mass data collector, Open Finance was naturally integrated where it makes sense, generating genuine opt-ins.
