Fruki Bebidas is one of the largest and most respected beverage companies in southern Brazil, headquartered in Rio Grande do Sul. With production facilities in Lajeado and Paverama, Fruki boasts an annual production capacity of 620 million liters and is renowned for the quality of its products and strong regional market presence.
Client Challenge
To support its growth and expand into new sales channels, the company needed to accelerate its digital capabilities. However, IT infrastructure limitations, particularly legacy systems, created significant integration challenges. With a lean IT team, building new integrations was slow, delaying critical processes such as credit quota updates, which could take up to 24 hours and impact both sales and operational efficiency.

It also brought greater agility to the credit approval process, reducing approval time from 24 hours to less than five minutes.
