Fernando Matt - CEO. Founder and Partner of Sensedia. Holds a Degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Matt is also the Co-Founder and CFO of Ci&T (a Brazilian IT services company, CMMI-5 certified). Ci&T is the only Brazilian company in the 2008 Global Outsourcing 100 by Fortune Magazine.

Leonardo Mattiazzi – VP of Business Development. Responsible for setting up the business unit at Ci&T (Parent Company) that gave rise to Sensedia. Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP and is completing an Executive MBA at Temple Fox Business School. Mattiazzi is in charge of the International Businesses Development, and is responsible for setting up and managing Sensedia North-American subsidiary.

Kleber Bacili – CTO. Responsible for product development and operations at Sensedia. Holds a degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Bacili is a SOA expert with published articles in various international events. He is also a professor on SOA and component based development at renowned Universities.

Sensedia also counts with the expertise from the Novarum Fund. The fund is composed by a team of senior professionals with over ten years of experience in M&A, asset management, investment analysis, capital market regulations, corporate finance and diligence - in both the public and private sectors.
